We've Lived Here For Years.

Newport Beach Vacations was built from decades of experience managing vacation homes on the Balboa Peninsula — the same streets where beach cottages were first built in 1905 and where Duke Kahanamoku brought surfing to California shores.

We are a Newport Beach-first company. Our team lives and works here. We know every street sweeping schedule, every noise ordinance window, every trash pickup day, and every quirk of every one of our 131 properties. When guests arrive, they're not getting a generic vacation rental experience — they're getting the local knowledge of a team that has been part of Newport Beach for years.
