Down the hall follows the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first 2 bedrooms share the full bathroom in the hall way. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin bed over a full bunk bed. At the end of the hall you will find the spacious master bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite full bathroom.
The lower unit is a similar layout, with a living room as you enter, followed by a dining nook and a fully equipped kitchen. Down the hall is the master bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Followed by another full bathroom in the hall that is shared by the other 2 bedrooms. These bedrooms have a queen bed in one and 2 twin beds in the other. Balboa is a quaint, small beach town consisting of only 3 small blocks adjacent to the Balboa Pier. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and FUN Zone. Take in the views off of the Balboa Pier, rent a bike or a kayak, or go whale watching or deep sea fishing from the many boats that leave the Balboa Pavilion daily.
