About This Property

Once you experience this beachfront retreat, you may never want to leave. This cool, contemporary 3 story home on the boardwalk at 34th Street has postcard views thanks to infinity glass doors on all three levels. Full ocean views beckon visitors onto the sand. 3 bedrooms plus a 3rd floor bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa and private bath provide plenty of space for a family of 8. Grill to your heart's content on the direct line gas BBQ on the patio or soak in the hot tub on the rooftop deck.

The large sectional sofa in the living area is roomy enough for all. The open concept living area, with a 75-inch TV, also has a side chair with an ottoman and coffee table. A large custom-built white wood table with tile accents, two benches and two chairs grace the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and two refrigerated beverage drawers to free up space in the fridge. A half bath is conveniently located just off the kitchen. Across the entry hall, the laundry room has a full-size stacked washer and dryer, storage and plenty of counter space for doing laundry.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own en suite bath with a shower, walk in closet and flat panel TV. The back bedroom features two twin beds, the middle room, a queen. Infinity doors in the master open out onto the deck to bring beach and Catalina Island views front and center. The large master suite features a king bed, large flat panel TV, fireplace, roomy en suite bath and walk in master closet. The master bath has a large soaking tub, a shower with steam feature and a separate water closet.

The third story has a full-size sleeper sofa, private bath with a shower, large flat panel TV, wine fridge and access to the rooftop deck with teak furnishings and a hot tub.

All TVs are Smart TVs and are equipped with PlayStation (except for the master bedroom). Outlets throughout the home have USB ports. And the home is protected by three exterior security cameras.

Outdoor space becomes an extension of your living space with infinity glass doors on all three levels. The ground floor patio has a table with 4 folding chairs and a direct line gas BBQ. The master deck has 2 deck chairs. The rooftop deck has a high-boy table and 4 chairs, L-shaped sofa and a hot tub! A retractable awning protects the deck from the sun's rays on hot days.

The two-car garage has outlets for charging electric vehicles.

The beach at 34th is protected by jetties at 32nd and 36th Streets, making the surf here ideal for all water sports - boogie boarding, surfing, body surfing, skim boarding and swimming. Dolphins frequently play near the 36th St jetty. The grocery store and dozens of shops and restaurants are all just a short walk from the home. Lido Marina Village boasting high end and casual shopping & dining is only a short walk away
