Come relax at this 6 bedroom duplex beach house! Located at 48th Street, this rental is just one house from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It features a spacious outdoor patio and deck with peek-a-boo ocean views and charcoal BBQ's.

With plenty of sofa seating to accommodate the whole family in each living room, one couch in the downstairs living room pulls out to a queen sofa bed.

Both kitchens have plenty of room to prepare meals for the whole family and the dining areas are just off the kitchen, with seating for the whole family.

The lower unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. With a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a hall bathroom shared by both homes, this area can fit plenty. The upper unit has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a queen bed, 2 guest bedrooms have queen beds, and the last bedrooms has 2 twin beds. All4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms throughout the unit.

The front patio affords a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the corner. The outdoor upper unit deck also provides ocean views. With charcoal grills and cool ocean breezes, you may never venture back inside! The coin-operated washer/dryer are located in a laundry room and three car spaces are provided for this whole home.

The beach at 48th St is is perfect for all types of water activities and has a lifeguard tower to boot! Swim, boogie board, surf or just relax on the sand. Options abound nearby for shopping and dining.
