The comfortable living room has a flat panel TV, ample seating for the whole family along with a pull out sofa bed. A nearby dining table has seating for six for quick meals or family dinners. The newly remodeled kitchen has everything you need for whipping up family meals.
Two tidy bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a set of twin bunk beds and a twin bed, share a hall bath. The full bathroom features beautiful tile and fixtures with a mosaic back splash on the sink and decorative mosaic accent in the shower.
The rental has one assigned, non covered parking space off the back alley. The laundry room is downstairs at the rear of the snack shop Pipeline, on your right as you enter through the back.
The bike path/boardwalk runs right out front, your ticket to exploring the Peninsula on two-wheels or on foot. The Newport Pier is just outside your door with shops and local eateries galore. The Balboa Pier is a mile and a half away – a 30-minute walk – with more shops and restaurants. The grocery store and more options at 32nd Street are a ten-minute walk.
